What it is like to work here
We are a small consultancy, not an agency bench. Roles here are contract and remote, and we would rather grow someone slowly into more work than hire fast and hope.
The work is genuinely interesting
Every practice is broken in its own way. You are not reading a script — you are working out why this clinic’s billing takes four hours a day and then fixing it.
Scope is agreed before you start
We quote per session or per project, and you know what you are being paid before you accept it. No open-ended “while you’re in there” work.
You keep your own hours
Everything is remote and scheduled directly with the client. Most of our contractors do this alongside other work, at least to begin with.
Depth beats headcount
We are small and specialized, and we intend to stay that way. One person who knows Charm cold is worth more to us than five generalists.
